OMRA’s Program Workflow

Our current procedures for executing programs and activities involve several key steps. Initially, we secure approval from the relevant donor or local community groups and diasporas. Following approval, an induction meeting is organized with all stakeholders and partners to ensure everyone is informed and engaged in the program. We maintain ongoing communication and coordination with local stakeholders and partners at the grassroots level. Implementation of programs and activities only proceeds once all stakeholders have approved and coordinated their efforts. After implementation, we conduct evaluations to gather feedback on the program's outcomes. We then prepare and submit necessary reports to the appropriate agencies, marking the closure of the program phase.
